The upload tool is provided for our clients to upload files/images to our server. Again, this is for our clients who wish to get involved in the day-to-day maintenance of their site. No need to contact us to do it for you. Once uploaded to the server, a file/image can be used in your HTML pages with the use of the HTML editor.
